Denis Guiol

Originally from the south of France, son of a pastry chef and a mother passionate about cooking, Denis Guiol had everything to develop a passion for cooking. It was thanks to his father's career that he was able to travel and live in several countries such as Switzerland, England, Morocco and many others. This life of globetrotter gave him the chance to discover a lot of flavors, tastes, but above all, to develop his curiosity for foreign cuisine. It was in Montreal, however, that his leadership career began. After serving as a divers, he works for a number of chefs ranging from Joe Mercuri to Chuck Hughes. He discovers a multitude of culinary universes that will allow him, in turn, to develop his identity. Denis Guiol works today at Pub BreWskey - Brasserie Artisanale, where he offers a reinvented pub pub and bar, quality and health.
