- Catchphrase:David began his cooking studies at ITHQ in 2008. He then did a higher education in Europe at Brikitenia, a Michelin-starred restaurant. He learned the basics of the job and already knew that his dream was to open his own restaurant one day. If the face of this chef owner tells you something, it is that you have probably seen in the fourth season of the show Les Chefs! on the airwaves of Radio-Canada. Since the end of his studies, David has continued to perfect himself in several restaurants in Greater Montreal, including Bistro Le Répertoire, Le Bidon restaurant and Auroch. In recent years, he has been able to gain further knowledge as executive chef at La Batarvelle restaurant. It is now with Nourri au Beurre that he presents for the first time his own concept; an authentic restaurant with a warm atmosphere where we propose, until late in the evening, a high-end cuisine and beautiful creations made with local products.
